摘 要:为了研究高强钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆对钢筋混凝土(RC)板的抗爆加固效果,对5块加固RC板和1块未加固RC板进行了野外现场爆炸试验,研究了砂浆强度、钢丝绳间距、钢丝绳预应力和界面增设销钉等因素对试件的破坏形态、裂缝分布及发展、跨中位移、钢筋应变等影响规律,并对爆炸试验后的试件进行了剩余承载力试验和爆炸损伤评估。研究表明:高强钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆加固能显著提高RC板的抗爆性能,相比于未加固板,加固板的裂缝宽度,板底跨中的峰值位移、残余位移和钢筋应变均大幅减小;加固后,构件剩余承载力大幅增加,其损伤程度大为降低。In order to study the blast-resistant effect of reinforced concrete(RC)slabs strengthened with high strength steel wire mesh-polymer mortar,the field blast tests of 5 strengthened RC slabs and 1 unstrengthened RC slab were carried out.The effects of mortar strength,steel wire spacing,prestress in steel wire and interface treatment with extension pin on the test results were studied,in the aspects of crack distribution and development,mid-displacement time curve and strain of steel reinforcing bars in the specimens.The residual bearing capacity test and damage assessment of the specimens after explosion were also performed.The experimental results show that the blast-resistant performance of RC slabs can be significantly improved by reinforcing with high strength steel wire mesh-polymer mortar.Compared with the unstrengthened slab,the crack width,peak displacement,residual displacement and the tensile strain of steel reinforcing bars in the bottom of the slab all decrease greatly,which indicates the strengthened slabs have better blast-resistant performance.In addition,the residual bearing capacity of slabs is greatly increased and the damage degree is greatly reduced after the strengthening.
