摘　　要：民宿作为乡村旅游的重要载体,为美丽乡村注入新的内涵,直接影响到乡村旅游整体发展水平。在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,充分认识我国民宿经济的带动作用和实践价值,依循乡村农家乐、乡村休闲、乡村度假、乡村旅居不同阶段的演进规律,分析和总结我国民宿经济创新发展基础。结合我国乡村旅游和民宿特色发展具体实践,科学地明晰未来民宿行业发展呈现的经营连锁化、产业规模化、业态多元化、需求个性化、平台移动化五大趋势特征。提出民宿经济高质量创新发展政策建议:开展民宿多业态融合创新、探索多元化投资主体共享模式、提升顾客需求体验价值、构建民宿可持续脱贫机制、做好互联网平台互动营销。As an important carrier of rural tourism,homestay injects new connotation into beautiful rural areas and directly influences the overall development level of rural tourism.Under the background of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the driving role and practical value of China's homestay economy are fully understood,and the evolution law of different stages of rural farmhouse,rural leisure,rural vacation and rural sojourn is followed to analyze and summarize the innovative development foundation of China's homestay economy.In combination with the specific practice of rural tourism and homestow characteristic development in China,the five trend characteristics of the development of homestow industry in the future are clarified scientifically:chain operation,industrial scale,diversified format,personalized demand,and mobile platform.Policies and suggestions for high-quality innovative development of homestay economy are put forward as follows:carrying out integrated innovation of multi-business forms of homestay,exploring the sharing mode of diversified investment subjects,improving the experience value of customers'demands,building a sustainable poverty alleviation mechanism of homestay,and doing interactive marketing on Internet platform well.
