摘　　要：文章简述了某公司空分装置在105%负荷(37800m3/h)运行过程中存在的问题,并通过对影响装置在该负荷下运行的各个因素进行分析,提出相应的解决措施及调整控制方法,保障了后系统装置对氧气的需求。This article focuses on the problems that occur when the air separation plant operates under a high load(105%,37800 m3 h-1),analyzes the main factors that cause these problems,and proposes corresponding rectification solutions.After optimization and adjustment,the air separation unit’s oxygen production capacity can fully meet other systems’oxygen requirements.
