摘 要:污水汽提装置是炼油厂的环保装置,是环保工作不可缺少的一项工艺处理过程。因企业生产原油劣质化、上游物料性质波动幅度大,导致生产过程中硫化物、氨氮等杂质增多,环保工作压力日趋紧张,故须优化出最佳操作条件,总结提炼污水汽提装置节能有效方法,并取得一定经济效益。文章在保证净化污水合格的前提下,采取降低侧线抽出温度、提高冷进料冷后温度等方法,对装置能耗、节能效果等方面进行了对比分析。Sewage stripping unit is an environmental protection device in refinery and an indispensable process for environmental protection.Due to the poor quality of crude oil produced by the enterprise and the fluctuation of upstream material properties,the impurities such as sulfide and ammonia nitrogen increase in the production process,and the environmental protection work pressure is becoming increasingly tense.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the optimal operating conditions,summarize the effective energysaving methods for refining wastewater stripping device,and obtain certain economic benefits.In this paper,on the premise of ensuring that the purified sewage is qualified,the methods of reducing the side line extraction temperature and increasing the cold feed temperature after cooling are adopted to compare and analyze the energy consumption and energy saving effect of the device.
