摘 要:以冶炼渣、脱硫石膏为主要原料,采用物理与化相结合的方法来激发原材料的活性,强化这些物质的水化过程与固化过程,开发出用于高含水污泥固化胶凝材料,来代替常用的硅酸盐水泥,实验探究了钢渣和矿渣配比,二水石膏与无水石膏配比,熟料加入量,外加硅灰及激发剂c和激发剂d及外加晶种的比例对胶凝材料对强度的影响,结果表明,较大用量的改性脱硫石膏和水泥熟料及较小用量的元明粉对钢渣-矿渣-沸石胶凝体系抗压强度的影响起积极作用。最优实验方案为二水石膏∶无水石膏0∶10,钢矿比1∶1,水泥掺入量为0,外加硅灰量为0,外加激发剂c为1%。实现了利用废弃物治理废弃物,该工艺经济效益高,成本低。Smelting slag,desulfurization gypsum as main raw material,adopting the combination of physical and chemical methods to stimulate the activity of the raw material,strengthening of hydration process of the material and the curing process,sludge solidification cementing materials developed for high water cut,instead of common Portland cement experiment explores the steel slag and slag ratio,the ratio of dihydrate gypsum and anhydrite,the amount of clinker,coupled with silica fume and exciting agent c and d and excitation agent and the proportion of the seed of gelled material influence on strength,the results show that a large amount of modified desulfurized gypsum and cement clinker and a small amount of yuan Ming powder had a positive effect on the compressive strength of steel slag-slag zeolite gelatinization system.The optimal experimental scheme was as follows:dihydrous gypsum∶anhydrous gypsum 0∶10,steel ore ratio 1∶1,cement content 0,silica ash content 0,plus activator c 1%.The waste treatment is realized,the economic benefit is high and the cost is low.
