摘　　要：1,1-环己基二乙酸是合成抗癫痫病药物加巴喷丁的中间体,也是一种新型功能材料单体,其附加值高,市场前景好。介绍了以环己酮、氰乙酸甲酯、氨气为起始原料,经酰胺化、水解、精制得到1,1-环已基二乙酸。该工艺总收率为82%,纯度较传统工艺有明显提高。The 1,1-cyclohexyl diacetic acid is not only an intermediate for the synthesis of the anti-epileptic drug gabapentin,but also a new functional monomer.It is high value added and has good market prospect.The 1,1-cyclohexyl diacetic acid was obtained through the amidation,hydrolysis and refinement from the raw materials of cyclohexanone,methyl cyanoacetate and ammonia with the yield of 82%and higher purity than the traditional process.
