摘 要:设计了一种基于闪烁体探测器输出信号的改进型峰值保持电路。通过两级跨导型峰值保持电路的结构来实现对高速脉冲信号的峰值保持。第一级峰值保持电路对脉冲信号快速响应,第二级峰值保持电路稳定幅值,对宽输人动态范围的高速脉冲信号做到了快速脉冲成形与长时间保持峰值。测试结果表明:该电路适用于处理核探测器输出的高速脉冲信号,可处理动态范围为30mV〜2.5V的窄脉冲信号,峰值保持误差小于7%.峰值下垂速率小于4mV/Fs。An improved peak hold circuit which is designed for the output signal of the scintillator detector.Through the structure of the two stage trans conductance peak hold circuit,the peak hold of the high-speed pulse signal is realized.The first-level peak-hold circuit responds quickly to the pulse signal,and the second-level peak-hold circuit stabilizes the amplitude.It achieves fast pulse shaping and long term peak holding for high-speed pulse signals with wide input dynamie range.Test results show that the circuit is suitable for processing high-speed pulse signals output by nuclear detectors,and can process narrow pulse signals with dynamic range from 30mV to 2.5V.The peak hold error is less than 7%and the peak sag rate is less than 5mV/μs..
