摘　　要：目的:探讨颌面骨骨折钛板钛钉坚强内固定术后并发症类型、发生机理和预防措施。方法:对2009~2018年施行的538例(1126处)手术中33例并发症进行分析。结果:并发症发生率为6.13%(33/538)。其中11例感染,8例咬合关系不良,7例钛板外露,5例神经损伤,1例牙损伤,1例骨不连。结论:只有熟悉颌面骨骨折钛板钛钉坚强内固定术后并发症发生的类型、发生机理和预防措施,才能避免并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the classification,mechanism and prevention measures of complications after rigid internal fixation with titanium plates and titanium nails for patients with maxillofacial fractures.Methods:538 patients with maxillofacial fractures underwent rigid internal fixation with titanium plates and titanium nails from January 2009 to December 2018,33 of them happed postoperative complications.Result:The incidence rate of complications was 6.13%(33/538).Among the total,there were 11 cases of infection,8 cases of poor occluding relation,7 cases of exposed titanium plates,5 cases of nerve injury,1 case of dental injury and 1 case of non-union.Conclusion:Only by being familiar with the types,mechanism and preventive measures of complications after rigid internal fixation with titanium plates and titanium nails for maxillofacial fractures,the occurrence of complications can be avoided.
