摘 要:目的研究PBL联合MDT教学模式在急危重症规范化培训教学中的价值。方法2018年9月—2020年9月以我院急诊医学科接收的58名规范化培训学员作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=29,采用PBL联合MDT)和对照组(n=29,采用传统教学),对58例急诊规培学员学习成绩及满意度等进行测评。结果PBL联合MDT实验组学习成绩及满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在急危重症规范化培训教学中实施PBL联合MDT的教学模式不仅提高理论成绩而且提高学员实际操作及病例分析能力,价值显著值得借鉴并推广。Objective To study the clinical value of PBL combined with MDT in standardization training of Emergency medicine.Methods Based on random draw method,students(n=58)from September 2018 to September 2020,were received as the research objects and divided into experimental group(n=29,PBL and MDT teaching mode)and the control group(n=29,the implementation of conventional teaching),58 cases of Emergency medicine physician accepted theoretical examination and satisfaction evaluation.Results Theoretical examination and satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group were obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode PBL combined with MDT has significant clinical value in standardization training of Emergency medicine,which can improve the achievements of training theory,the ability of clinical operation and case analysis,which is worthy of teaching and reference.
