市级电视台安全传输平台的设计与实施

摘　　要：媒体融合的大背景下,电视台的视频节目内容正向多渠道和多样化转变。市级电视台安全传输平台是根据全媒体形式下多样化的素材使用和台内网络互联互通需求建设的。安全平台采用高效传输和统一打包系统构建,既考虑了台内现有网络系统的安全,又实现了外网、制作网以及播出网络的互联互通,提高了传输效率和系统的稳定性,提升了节目制作效率与质量,为电视台全媒体业务发展提供了技术支撑。Under the background of media convergence,the video content of TV stations is changing to multichannel and diversification.The city-level television station security transmission platform is should be full media under the diversified material used and construction units within the network connectivity requirements.The security platform adopts efficient and safe transmission,unified packaging-video system construction,not only considers the security of the existing network system in the platform,realization of the network,production network and broadcast the connectivity of the network,at the same time improves the transfer efficiency and the stability of the system,effectively improve the production efficiency and quality of programs,and provides technical support for the development of allmedia business of TV station.
