不孕不育夫妇生育压力与其社会支持及应对方式的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不孕不育夫妇双方生育压力与其社会支持及应对方式的关系。方法采取横断面调查的方法,选取2018年10月至2019年6月在十堰市人民医院生殖中心就诊的不孕不育夫妇280对为研究对象。采用自制的基本资料调查表调查患者基本资料,采用生育相关压力量表(Fertility Problem Inventory,FPI)、中文版医疗社会支持问卷及医学应对方式问卷对患者进行调查。结果调查对象生育压力得分在100~229之间,平均(162.69±19.56)分。其中父母角色需求、性压力、应对方式总分及各维度得分均值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女方的FPI总分与男方FPI总分呈负相关(r=-0.117,P=0.049),而双方的生育压力除与自身的社会支持、应对方式有关外,还与对方的社会支持有关,双方的社会支持总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论不孕不育夫妇生育压力与社会支持、应对方式高度相关,帮助患者提高社会支持以及采取面对的应对方式能够减轻患者的生育压力。Objective To explore the relationship between fertility stress and social support and coping styles of infertile couples.Methods This study adopted a cross-sectional survey method,and selected infertile couples who visited the Reproductive Center of Shiyan People’s Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 as the research objects.Patients were investigated using a self-made basic data questionnaire,Fertility Problem Inventory(FPI),Chinese Mandarin version of the Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey and Medical Coping Models Questionnaire.Results Respondents’fertility stress scores ranged from 100~229,with an average score of(162.69±19.56).There were statistical differences in the dimensions of parental role requirements,sexual stress,the total scores of coping styles and the mean scores of each dimension(P<0.05).The total FPI score of the woman was negatively related to the total score of the FPI of the man(r=-0.117,P=0.049).The fertility stress of both parties was not only related to their social support and coping style,but also to the social support of the other party.The total score of social support and scores of all dimensions were significantly positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Fertility stress of infertile couples is highly related to social support and coping styles.Helping patients to improve social support and adopting coping styles can alleviate fertility pressures.
