明代新安医家吴崐《针方六集》从气血角度运针用药的特色

摘　　要：吴崐是明代著名的新安医家,著述甚丰。其《针方六集》一书运针用药重视气血的作用,特色鲜明,故试从审气保元、候气得气、祛除败血、气血有异、气血和调等多个角度,分析其运针用药特点,《针方六集》不论理论价值还是对于临床的指导意义都非同一般。WU Kun was a TCM practitioner of Ming Dynasty, also a prolific author. He found out that WU’s distinctive masterpiece Zhen Fang Liu Ji stressed the application of Qi and blood. Hence this paper analyzes its characteristics in manipulating needles and administering medicine in terms of observing Qi to protect Yuan Qi, awaiting Qi and gaining Qi, dispelling sepsis, differentiating Qi and blood as well as harmonizing Qi and blood, and finally proposes that this TCM masterpiece is of extraordinary significance both in theory and in clinical practice.
