摘 要:以某钢筋混凝土圆管涵为例,采用Midas FEA建立波纹钢管加固钢筋混凝土圆管涵的非线性有限元模型,对比分析加固前后的加固效果。分析结果表明:采用波纹钢管加固后,钢筋混凝土圆管涵的变形、应力、裂缝宽度均有显著下降,土与钢筋混凝土圆管涵的接触力有所上升,表明加固后钢筋混凝土圆管涵的刚度有一定程度的提高;采用波纹钢管加固后,波纹钢管的应力值低于钢材的屈服强度,注浆部分混凝土达到抗拉强度标准值,并出现少量裂缝,裂缝宽度较小,建议注浆部分采用较高强度等级的混凝土;波纹钢管加固时的卸载程度越大,钢筋混凝土圆管涵的加固效果越好。With a reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert as an example,a non-linear finite element model of a reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert reinforced with corrugated steel pipes was established using Midas FEA,and the reinforcement effect before and after reinforcement was compared and analyzed.Through calculation and comparison,the results show that the deformation,stress and crack width of the reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert are significantly reduced after the reinforcement with corrugated steel pipes,and the contact force between soil and reinforced concrete round pipe culverts is increased,indicating that the stiffness of reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert has been improved to a certain extent.The larger the degree of unloading when corrugated steel pipe is reinforced,the better the reinforcement effect of the reinforced concrete circular pipe culvert.
