摘  要:某金矿山后矿区Ⅰ-2矿体呈"中间厚、两翼薄"分布,矿体倾角40°左右,其中间部分平均厚度11.15 m。工业试验对象为中间部分的倾斜中厚矿体,针对其特殊的矿体产状和围岩稳定性,提出用上向水平分层充填采矿法回采,并用长锚索支护采场顶板。工业试验开展顺利,效果良好,采场生产能力116.9t/d,矿石损失率3.53%,贫化率5.9%。此外,采用长锚索支护采场顶板,支护效果良好,大幅度提高了破碎顶板下采矿的安全性。TheⅠ-2 ore body in a gold mine has the distribution characteristic of thick in the middle and thin on both wings.The inclination angle of the ore body is about 40°,and the average thickness of the middle part is 11.15 m.The industrial test object is the inclined medium-thick ore body in the middle part.According to its special ore body occurrence and surrounding rock stability,the upward horizontal slicing filling method was proposed,and the long anchor cable was used to support the stope roof.The industrial test was carried out smoothly with good results.The production capacity of stope is 116.9 t/d,ore loss rate is 3.53%,and dilution rate is 5.9%.In addition,the supporting effect of using long anchor cable to support the stope roof is good,and the mining safety under broken roof is greatly improved.
