深埋倾斜厚矿体竖井-斜坡道快速开拓方法与应用

摘　　要：针对深埋倾斜厚矿体,常规的竖井开拓环形运输系统,每阶段开拓工程量大,新水平开拓时间长;随着采场生产能力的提高,回采工作面下降速度增大,阶段回采时间大为缩短,出现开拓系统准备时间制约高强度开采等问题。为此,结合实践经验,针对西钢灯塔矿业公司小汪沟铁矿开拓现状,将主井提升与采场无轨运输有机结合,采取竖井提升、斜坡道开段方法,大幅减少了阶段开拓工程量,化解了开拓进度跟不上回采要求的矛盾。同时卡车运输将采场合格块度从0.75m增大到1.5m,出矿能力提高了80%以上。此外,在斜坡道运输线路中,将原设计的单车会让形式改为双车会让形式,运输能力提高80%以上,不仅发扬了竖井箕斗提升安全可靠、费用低和斜坡道开段机动灵活、速度快的优点,而且还大幅提高了矿井生产能力,保障了矿床安全高强度开采。Aiming at the deep inclined thick ore body,the conventional vertical shaft excavation and circular transportation system has a large amount of projects in each stage and a long excavation time in new level.With the improvement of stope production capacity,the decline speed of working face increases,the stage recovery time is greatly shortened,and the preparation time of excavation system restricts high-intensity mining.For this reason,combined with practical experience,according to the excavation status of Xiaowanggou Iron Mine,the main vertical shaft lifting is organically combined with trackless transportation in stope,and the method of vertical shaft lifting and inclined plane opening is adopted to greatly reduce the stage excavation quantities and to resolve the contradiction that the excavation progress can not keep up with the mining requirements.At the same time,truck transportation increases the qualified block size from 0.75 mto 1.5 m,and the ore drawing capacity is increased by more than 80%.In addition,in the incline plane transportation line,the original design of single car passing way is changed to double car passing way,and the transportation capacity is increased by more than 80%.The method not only carries forward the advantages of safe,reliable and low-cost vertical shaft lifting,as well as flexible and fast opening of inclined plane,but also greatly improves the mine production capacity and ensures the safe and high-intensity mining of the deposit.
