摘 要:为了研究钛合金大深径比微盲孔攻丝加工过程中主轴转速对丝锥寿命及内螺纹加工质量的影响,进行了不同转速下M1.2挤压丝锥攻丝钛合金大深径比盲孔实验,对不同主轴转速下的攻丝扭矩、螺纹形貌和螺纹牙形进行了对比分析,探究了主轴转速对攻丝扭矩和内螺纹质量的影响;利用有限元软件模拟了挤压攻丝过程,对攻丝过程中的扭矩、应力应变和温度进行了分析。结果表明在所选主轴转速范围内,不同转速下实验和模拟过程中得到的扭矩变化趋势和峰值基本吻合,随着转速的提高,加工过程中温度提高,扭矩降低,并在1500 r/min时达到最低,螺纹表面加工质量随之提高。In order to study the effect of the spindle speed on the life of the tap and the processing quality of the internal thread in the process of the micro blind hole tapping of titanium alloy with large depth-to-diameter ratio,the M1.2 extrusion tap tapping titanium alloy at different speeds was carried out.In the diameter ratio blind hole experiment,the tapping torque,thread shape and thread profile under different spindle speeds were compared and analyzed.And the influence of spindle speed on the tapping torque and internal thread quality was studied;the extrusion tapping process was simulated by finite element software,the torque,stress,strain and temperature in the tapping process are analyzed.The results show that within the selected spindle speed range,the torque change trend and peak value obtained in the experiment and simulation process at different speeds are basically consistent,with the increase of rotating speed,temperature increase during processing,torque is reduced during processing,and reached the lowest at 1500 r/min,the quality of thread surface processing is improved accordingly.
