摘　　要：微信传销是一种新型犯罪形式,具有虚拟性强、隐蔽性强、欺骗性强、传播范围广的特点。目前,微信传销犯罪的侦查工作面临诸多困境,犯罪线索难以主动发现、资金数据协查效率低下、电子证据收集和保全难题等都制约着公安机关对微信传销的侦查工作。提出公安机关应当有针对性地变革和创新侦查工作方法,建立情报导侦的线上侦查与警务服务平台,依靠资金数据开展精确研判,及时做好证据收集和保全工作等对策,以有效遏制微信传销犯罪的疯狂蔓延。Wechat pyramid selling is a new type of crime,which has the characteristics of strong virtuality,concealment,deception and wide spread.At present,the investigation of Wechat pyramid selling crime faces many difficulties,such as the difficulty of finding criminal clues,the low efficiency in the co-investigation of fund data,the difficulty of electronic evidence collection and preservation.Therefore,the public security organ should change and innovate the investigation work methods,establish the online investigation and police service platform of intelligence-led investigation,rely on the fund data to carry out accurate research and judgment,do a good job in evidence collection and preservation in time,so as to effectively stop the spread of Wechat pyramid selling crime.
