摘  要:针对某重大激光装置中光机模块定位组件在大尺寸空间内定位精度要求高、装校效率低的问题,优化了装校流程及球头定位方法,完成了误差分析并提出了误差控制措施,通过实验对比了"精密加工定位"和"测量头替换定位"2种球头定位方法。实验结果显示:"测量头替换定位"的误差最小为0.233 mm,最大为0.426 mm,满足≤0.5 mm的指标要求,优于"精密加工定位"方案。优化后装校方法的装调效率较传统的串行装调方法提高了2.8倍,实现了装校效率的提升,具有工程可行性。In order to solve the problems of high positioning accuracy requirements and low assembly efficiency of optical module positioning components in large-sized space,the assembly process and ball head positioning method are optimized.The error analysis is completed and error control measures are proposed.The two methods of"precision machining positioning"and"replacement of measuring head"for positioning the ball head are compared through experiments.The results show that the minimum error of"replacement of measuring head"is 0.233 mm and the maximum is0.426 mm,which is better than these of the another method and meets the requirements of index≤0.5 mm.Compared with traditional serial methods,its efficiency can be improved by 2.8 times,which is very feasible.
