摘  要:采用二氧化硅与高温蜡按质量比2∶1进行复配,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒制备了爽滑抗粘连母料,并应用在双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)薄膜中,分析了爽滑抗粘连母料对BOPET薄膜性能的影响,并与添加进口爽滑抗粘连母料的BOPET薄膜进行对比。结果表明:添加自制爽滑抗粘连母料使BOPET薄膜具有较低的动摩擦系数,且稳定性较好,常温动摩擦系数控制在0.40~0.48,完全能满足包装膜的爽滑性能;BOPET薄膜的光学性能稳定,30 d内薄膜的雾度上升0.1%,光泽度下降0.3%;自制爽滑抗粘连母料对BOPET薄膜的力学性能和热收缩性能没有影响,其总体使用性能已经达到或超过进口同类产品的性能。The slip and anti-blocking masterbatch was prepared by compounding silicon dioxide and high temperature resistant wax in the ratio of 2∶1 and granulating by twin screw extruder,which was applied in biaxially oriented polyester(BOPET)films.The effect of the self-made masterbatch on the properties of BOPET films was analyzed,and compared with those of BOPET films added the slip and anti-blocking masterbatch imported.The results show that the BOPET films adding the slip and anti-blocking masterbatch have low dynamic friction coefficient and performs well in stability,whose dynamic friction coefficient is controlled between 0.40 and 0.48 at room temperature,meeting the requirements of slipping packaging film.The optical properties of BOPET films are stable,whose haze is increased by 0.1% and glossiness is decreased by 0.3% within 30 days.The mechanical properties and thermal shrinkage properties of the BOPET films are not affected by the slip and anti-blocking masterbatch,whose overall performance exceeds that of similar products imported.
