摘  要:文章介绍了包钢两座500m^(2)烧结机大烟道高温烟气回收利用技术的应用和实施,以及在生产实践过程中存在的技术问题。结合操作对生产参数及现场工况的分析,提出了解决方案,可在其他类似的相关设备维护中得以借鉴。在保证烧结生产稳定顺行的同时实现了企业余热回收,降低了烧结矿生产的工序能耗。In this paper,it is introduced the application and implementation of the technology of recycling high temperature flue gas of big flue for two 500m^(2) sintering machines of Baotou Steel as well as the technical problems existing in production practice.The solutions are proposed by analyzing the production parameters and field conditions combining with the operations,which can be as references for maintaining other similar associated equipment.The waste heat recovery is realized and unit process energy consumption in sinter production is reduced while guaranteeing the production to be trouble-free.
