摘  要:IOC6矿粉具有颗粒致密、在烧结过程中不易产生液相的特点,与白云鄂博铁精矿在烧结过程易形成液相的特性形成了配矿的互补关系。通过试验研究,在大比例白云鄂博铁精矿配比条件下,包钢烧结配加10%IOC6矿粉替代PB粉矿可改善包钢烧结产质量指标。IOC6 mineral powder is with such characteristics as dense particles and difficult to produce liquid phase during sintering.It forms a complementary relationship with the characteristics of iron concentrate of Bayan Obo that it is easy to form liquid phase during sintering process.The experimental research showed that the production and quality indicators of sintering of Baotou Steel could be improved by adding 10%IOC6 mineral powder instead of PB powder with a large proportion of iron concentrate of Bayan Obo.
