摘  要:包钢4100 mm宽厚板材生产线投产以来,由于在磨削量、钢种变化、规格更改、轧机事故、轧机设备状况等方面的问题,致使轧辊消耗偏高,增加了吨钢成本。通过采取控制磨削、优化排产、减少事故造成的非正常换辊、完善轧机设备等措施提高轧辊使用效率,降低辊耗。Since the production line of 4100 mm wide and thick plate of Baotou Steel was put into production,the roll consumption has been higher and the cost of per ton of steel has been increased due to such problems as stock removal,changes of steel grade and specification as well as accident and equipment status of rolling mill.The service efficiency of roll is improved and roll consumption is reduced by taking such measures as controlling stock removal,optimizing production scheduling,reducing abnormal roll change caused by accidents and perfecting rolling mill.
