摘  要:文章阐述了包钢拥有一条高水平、现代化的热轧板连续酸洗机组,可生产规格(1.2~8.0)mm×(800~1680)mm,强度级别为780 MPa的酸洗钢带。钢带酸洗后存在板面发黑问题,热轧到酸洗生产过程中,通过实验室和生产现场试验分析,研究了氧化铁皮以及酸洗工艺等对钢带板面的影响,并做出调整。In this paper,it is expounded that the specification of product produced by the high-level modern continuous pickling line of hot-rolled plate is(1.2~8.0)mm×(800~1680)mm and the strength is 780 MPa.In the process of hot rolling to pickling,the influences of scale and pickling process on the surface of steel belt are analyzed and studied through laboratory and field experiments so that the problem of blackening on surface of pickling steel belt is improved.
