摘  要:文章对包钢轨梁厂通过采用现场激光熔覆技术,对重轨生产线轧机牌坊修复进行了详尽的说明,对修复后轧机精度恢复情况以及使用情况进行跟踪,总结出恢复轧机牌坊精度成熟稳定的方案,为生产高质量产品奠定基础。In this paper,it is elaborated the repair of rolling-mill housing in the production line of heavy rail with laser cladding technology on site of Rail and Beam Steel Rolling Plant of Baotou Steel in detail,tracking of recovery for accuracy of rolling mill after the repair as well as summarized the mature and stable scheme for recovering the accuracy of rolling-mill housing,which could lay the foundation for producing high-quality products.
