摘 要:某超临界“W”火焰锅炉设计燃用越南无烟煤,投产初期受热面结焦严重,造成多次停炉事件,本文对结焦原因进行分析后,通过对卫燃带原设计方案、去掉翼墙卫燃带、去掉全部卫燃带三种工况采用数学模拟方法对炉内燃烧过程进行了计算分析,发现除去翼墙卫燃带炉内整体温度分布合理,不易引起严重结渣的风险,后期并将卫燃带按照数值模拟的结果进行了局部处理,取得了非常好的改造效果。A supercritical W-flame boiler was designed to use Vietnamese anthracite.The initial heating of the heating surface caused serious coking,which led to multiple shutdowns.After analyzing the cause of coking,this paper uses mathematical simulation methods to analyze the combustion process in the furnace through the three design conditions of the original design of the belt,the removal of the wing wall,and the removal of all the belts.The overall temperature distribution in the wall-fired belt furnace is reasonable,and it is not easy to cause the risk of serious slagging.In the later stage,the fire-proof belt was partially treated according to the results of numerical simulation,and a very good transformation effect was obtained.
