摘 要:火电为风电提供调峰服务,会影响其发电份额,降低自身经济效益。要实现火电协助风电消纳,鼓励火电参与风电调峰的积极性,关键在于给予火电调峰合理的经济补偿。通过分析火电参与调峰服务对火电经济效益的影响以及火电参与调峰程度对风电弃风的影响,建立了基于目标优化理论的火电提供辅助服务的经济补偿模型。算例分析表明,发电侧风、火电协作能够提高风电的消纳水平,进一步扩大风电机组的利用效率,同时,该经济补偿机制也可以有效地保障火电机组的经济效益。Thermal power provides peak load regulation service for wind power,which will affect its share of power generation and reduce its own economic benefits.In order to realize assisting wind power accommodation and encouraging thermal power to participate in wind power peak regulation,the key is to provide reasonable economic compensation for thermal power peak regulation.In this paper,through the analysis of the influence of thermal power participating in peak load regulation on the economic benefits of thermal power and the influence of the degree of thermal power participating in peak load regulation on wind power abandonment,an economic compensation model of thermal power providing auxiliary services based on the objective optimization theory is established.The example analysis shows that cooperation of thermal power and wind power can improve the wind power accommodation leveland improve the utilization efficiency of wind power units.The economic compensation mechanism can also effectively guarantee the economic benefits of thermal power units.
