摘 要:船舶直流电力系统电缆束直径大,为监视其绝缘状态需要测量电缆上的漏电流,为此采用占空比模型的磁调制方案设计了一款大口径直流漏电流传感器,在分析传感器的工作原理基础上,通过解析方式给出该传感器的数学模型。对传感器铁芯、线圈及电路参数进行剖析,给出传感器参数设计方法,制作了大口径直流漏电流传感器的原理样机,并进行了实验测试。测试结果表明,该原理传感器测量精度高、稳定性好,由于采用全数字化设计,测量电路受外界电磁环境干扰小,十分适合在船舶等电磁环境复杂的场所使用。The diameter of cable in ship DC power system is large. To monitor its insulation state, it is necessary to measure leakage current on the cable. Large-diameter DC leakage current sensor is designed by using the magnetic modulation scheme of the duty cycle model. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the sensor, the mathematical model of the sensor is given. The design principles of the sensor core, coil and circuit parameters are analyzed, and the prototype of the large-diameter DC leakage current sensor is developed and tested. The test results show that the sensor has high accuracy and good stability. Due to the digital design, the measurement circuit is less interfered by the external electromagne-tic environment, which is suitable for use in places with complex electromagnetic environment such as ships.
