摘 要:双向LLC谐振变换器实现了能量的双向流通,变换效率高,被广泛应用于新能源领域。但其变压器原副边各有一个谐振电感,增大了变换器体积,不符合高功率密度的发展要求;同时,磁性元件的增加会降低整机效率。针对上述问题,详细分析了双向LLC谐振变换器的工作原理以及主要工作波形,选择合适的方案对2个谐振电感进行磁集成设计。在确保变换器正反向都能实现ZVS的基础上,将2个谐振电感进行了磁集成。最后搭建了一台48~400 V/1 kW的实验样机,验证了理论分析的正确性。实验结果表明该集成方案在不影响变换器工作特性的基础上,有效减小了变换器体积,提高了变换效率。A bidirectional LLC resonant converter can realize the bidirectional flow of energy with a high conversion efficiency,thus it is widely applied in the field of new energy.However,it has one resonant inductor on the primary and secondary sides of the transformer,respectively,which increases the converter’s size and does not meet the requirements of high power density.At the same time,the increase in the number of magnetic components will reduce the converter’s overall efficiency.In view of the above problems,the working principle of a bidirectional LLC resonant converter and its main working waveforms are analyzed in detail,and an appropriate scheme is chosen to design the two resonant inductors by magnetic integration.On the basis of ensuring that the converter can achieve zero voltage switching(ZVS)in both forward and backward directions,the two resonant inductors are integrated.Finally,an experimental prototype of 48-400 V/1 kW output was built,which verified the theoretical analysis.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme effectively reduced the converter’s size and improved its efficiency without affecting its operating characteristics.
