维生素D缺乏性佝偻病治疗方案探究

摘　　要：目的探究维生素D缺乏及维生素D缺乏性佝偻病治疗方案。方法回顾性选取2018年5月~2020年5月我院婴幼儿150例,依据治疗方法分为维生素AD滴剂组(n=75)和鱼肝油滴剂组(n=75),统计分析两组婴幼儿的临床疗效、生长发育情况、血生化指标水平、营养性疾病发生情况。结果治疗总有效率方面,维生素AD滴剂组为96.0%(72/75),鱼肝油滴剂组为80.0%(60/75),前者显著高于后者(P <0.05)。维生素AD滴剂组婴幼儿治疗后较治疗前的身高、体重、血清25-(OH)-D3、Ca2+水平升高幅度、血清骨碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)水平降低幅度均显著高于鱼肝油滴剂组(P <0.05)。在营养性疾病发生率方面,维生素AD滴剂组为14.7%(11/75),鱼肝油滴剂组为49.3%(37/75),前者显著低于后者(P <0.05)。结论维生素AD滴剂较鱼肝油滴剂更能有效减少维生素D缺乏及维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的发生。Objective To investigate the treatment scheme of vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods A total of 150 infants and young children admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively selected and divided into the vitamin AD drops group(n=75) and the cod liver oil drops group(n=75) according to the treatment methods. The clinical efficacy, growth and development condition, blood biochemical indexes and nutritional diseases of infants and young children in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results In terms of the total efficacy rate of treatment, the vitamin AD drops group was 96.0%(72/75), and the cod liver oil drops group was 80.0%(60/75). The former was significantly higher than the latter(P < 0.05). After treatment, the height, weight, serum 25-(OH)-D3, increase of Ca2+ level and decrease of serum NBAP level of infants and young children in the vitamin AD drops group were significantly higher than those in the cod liver oil drops group(P < 0.05). In terms of the incidence of nutritional diseases, the vitamin AD drops group was 14.7%(11/75) and the cod liver oil drops group was 49.3%(37/75). The former was significantly lower than the latter(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with cod liver oil drops, vitamin AD drops can effectively reduce the occurrence of vitamin D deficiency and vitamin D deficiency rickets.
