摘　　要：为提高掘进机液压系统的稳定性、降低系统能耗,介绍了掘进机液压系统的组成,分析了负载敏感变量泵的工作原理,并利用AMESim仿真软件建立了截割升降回路的仿真模型,分别对待机工况和截割抬升工况下的压力波动情况进行了研究。仿真结果表明,负载敏感变量泵可满足不同工况下的系统稳定性和节能降耗要求。The simulation model of the cutting lift circuit is established using AMESim simulation software.The pressure fluctuations under standby conditions and cutting and lifting conditions were studied respectively.The simulation results show that the load-sensitive variable pump can meet the requirements of system stability,energy saving and consumption reduction under different working conditions.
