产业集创平台发展影响因素及其综合评价研究--基于知识场视角

摘　　要：在经历了数量与空间规模的快速发展之后,我国产业集创平台当前面临着创新孵化能力不足等核心问题。基于知识场的物理和社会双重属性,从知识场的"知识主体、知识客体、知识场环境"3个维度探讨了影响集创平台创新孵化能力的关键因素及其影响机制,构建了创新孵化能力评价指标体系,并应用模糊综合评价方法构建了产业集创平台的创新孵化能力评价模型,最后从提高知识场活性等方面给出了提升产业集创平台孵化能力的政策建议。After the rapid development of quantity and space scale,many agglomeration innovation platforms are facing the core problems of low realization rate of innovation achievements and urgently need to improve innovation incubation ability.Based on the physical and social attributes of the knowledge field,this paper discusses the key factors and its influencing mechanism of the innovation incubation ability of the platform from the three dimensions of the knowledge field.The evaluation index system of innovation incubation capacity is constructed,The evaluation model of innovation incubating ability of industrial agglomeration innovation platform is constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,some policy suggestions are given on how to enhance the incubation capability of the industrial platform from the aspects of improving the activity of knowledge field.
