摘　　要：2020年上半年,英国石油(BP)公司因业绩跳水而承受着巨大的财务压力,加上漏油事件后一直未得到有效缓解的高额负债,共同将BP公司推入了前所未有的困境。而伴随着气候政策的发布、投资者与消费者态度的转变,低碳能源将逐渐取代化石燃料的趋势正在渐渐明朗。内外因素的变化倒逼BP公司加速低碳转型发展,坚决地由“油气生产商”向“综合能源公司”转型。BP率先发布了“净零”碳排放计划,出售了全球化工业务,响应转型战略而加速了业务架构调整,并于8月发布了未来十年转型的具体计划。本文通过剖析BP公司近年来采取的重大举措,对我国能源化工企业提出相应启示和建议。In the first half of 2020,BP was under tremendous financial pressure due to its poor performance,coupled with the high debt that had not been effectively relieved after the oil spill,together pushing BP into an unprecedented predicament.With the release of climate policies and the changing attitudes of investors and consumers,it was becoming clear that low-carbon energy will gradually replace fossil fuels.The changes in internal and external factors have forced BP to accelerate its low-carbon transition and resolutely transform from an"IOC"to"IEC".BP took the lead in announcing a"Net-Zero"carbon emission plan,sold its global chemical business,accelerated business restructuring in response to its transition strategy,and released a specific plan for transformation over the next ten years in August.By analyzing BP’s recent major moves,this article provides corresponding enlightenment and suggestions for Chinese energy and chemical companies.
