摘  要:利用碳足迹技术,以英国标准协会PAS2050规范为计算依据,对2019年3家炼化企业的3条柴油生产路径碳排放进行分析与比较。结果表明,3家炼化企业柴油生产阶段碳排放系数中,位于东北区域的炼化企业最高,南方区域次之,华东区域最低;比较3条不同柴油生产路径碳排放发现,通过常减压蒸馏、柴油加氢这一路径生产柴油的碳排放系数最低,而通过常减压蒸馏、催化裂化及加氢改质这一路径生产柴油的碳排放系数最高。提高热电生产比例、优化原料来源、合理安排单元装置生产配置对企业实现柴油清洁低碳化生产具有重要意义。Based on the carbon footprint technology and PAS2050 standard method,carbon emissions of three diesel production routes in three refineries in 2019 were analyzed and compared in this study.The results showed that the carbon emission coefficients at diesel production stage were different in the three refineries,with the highest in the northeast refinery,followed by the southern refinery and eastern refinery.By comparing the carbon emissions of the three different diesel production routes,it was found that the carbon emission coefficient of diesel produced by atmospheric and vacuum distillation and diesel hydrogenation is the lowest,whereas the carbon emission coefficient of diesel produced by atmospheric and vacuum distillation,catalytic cracking and hydrotreating is the highest.It was of great significance to increase the proportion of thermal power generation,optimize the source of raw materials and rearrange the refining configuration for the refineries to produce diesel fuel in a cleaner and low-carbon manner.
