摘 要:在传统的三维碳基复合材料制备过程中,存在材料表征重现性差的问题。对此,提出了基于双模板法的三维碳基复合材料制备方法,并应用于钠离子电池的性能研究。首先,采用双模板法制备三维碳基复合材料原样品,使用试剂处理后,获得三维碳基复合材料;然后,将其作为钠离子电池的电极,制备钠离子电池极片,组装完整的钠离子电池;最后,采用循环伏安测试法和交流阻抗测试法完成钠离子电池性能研究。实验结果表明,基于双模板法的三维碳基复合材料能够获得更好的表征重现性,为钠离子电池的性能研究提供了科学依据。In view of the traditional research methods of three-dimensional carbon matrix composite and sodium ion battery performance,there is a problem of poor reproducibility of material characterization in the preparation process.Therefore,the preparation of three-dimensional carbon matrix composite and the performance research of sodium ion battery based on the dual-mode plate method are proposed.Firstly,the original samples of three-dimensional carbon matrix composites were prepared by the double template method,and the three-dimensional carbon matrix composites were obtained after being treated with other reagents.Then it is used as the electrode of sodium ion battery to prepare the electrode piece of sodium ion battery and assemble the complete sodium ion battery.The experimental results show that the designed three-dimensional carbon matrix composite materials and sodium ion battery performance research methods based on the dualmode plate method have better representation and reproducibility for the materials,which provides a reference for the actual preparation of composite materials and the research of sodium ion battery performance.
