摘　　要：文中阐述了磁罗经校正人员培训考试发证政策制度的历史沿革,对各阶段的管理规定进行总结归纳和分析比较,就促进磁罗经校正人员培训考试发证工作更加正规化、规范化提出意见和建议,可供海事管理机构、航海院校以及相关单位和人员参考和借鉴。This Paper introduces the historical development of the policy and system of the training,examination and certification for magnetic compass adjusters,summarizes and compares the management regulations in each stage,and puts forward comments and suggestions for promoting the regulation and standardization of the training,examination and certification for magnetic compass adjusters,in the hope of providing reference for maritime administration and maritime institutions.
