摘　　要：游梁式抽油机在一定的生产条件下调整好平衡达到标准后,随着油井本身地层供液和含水、含气等工况的变化使悬点负荷不断的变化,使抽油机平衡偏离行业标准。在游梁式抽油机上加装可自动调整平衡系统,实时自动检测抽油机平衡状况,自动调整平衡,使抽油机始终达到行业平衡标准。加装可自动调整平衡系统,使抽油机运行状态得到改善,节电增产效果显著。When the balance of beam pumping unit reaches the standard under certain production conditions,with the change of work⁃ing conditions such as liquid supply and water and gas content in the formation of the oil well itself,the polished rod load changes con⁃stantly,which makes the pumping unit deviate from the industry balance standard.The beam pumping unit is equipped with an auto⁃matic adjustment balance system,which can detect the balance status of the pumping unit in real time and adjust automatically,so that the pumping unit can always meet the industry balance standard.The operation state of the pumping unit is improved by adding the au⁃tomatic adjustment balance system,and the effect of saving electricity and increasing production is remarkable.
