摘 要:目的测定罩耳式耳机在自动听力计骨导听阈检测过程中的低频区堵耳效应。方法招募健听青年志愿者,采用心理声学方法,检测SFTest 330型听力计在手动、自动两种模式下骨导振子安置于前额时测试耳在250、500、1000、2000及4000 Hz处堵耳效应,并与临床诊断听力计检测结果相比较。结果共21名(42耳)受试者入组,随着测试频率增高,堵耳效应逐渐减小;至4000 Hz处,3种情况下的堵耳效应降低至1.00±4.27~4.38±6.52;自动模式下于250 Hz处堵耳效应达8.75±6.96 dB,但小于AC40诊断型听力计于250 Hz处堵耳效应值(14.00±6.32),其SFTest 330型听力计手动、自动模式下堵耳效应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论SFTest 330型听力计自动测听模式下低频堵耳效应明显,进一步行更大内腔容积的罩耳式耳机测试有望降低该种情况下的堵耳效应。Objective To investigate the occlusion effect of headphones in the low-frequency region during the examination of bone conduction hearing thresholds by using the automated audiometer.Methods 21 participants with normal hearing at age between 21-35 were recruited.Psychoacoustic method was used to investigate the occlusion effect of SFTest 330 audiometer at 250,500,1000,2000 and 4000 Hz in manual and automatic modes while the bone conduction vibrator was placed on the forehead.Additionally,study results were compared with the results obtained from the AC40 clinical diagnostic audiometer.Results 21 participants(42 ears)in total were included in this study.The occlusion effect gradually attenuated with increased frequency;i.e.,At 4000 Hz,the occlusion effect was reduced to 1.00±4.27-4.38±6.52 in the three conditions.Although the occlusion effect at 250 Hz in automatic mode was 8.75±6.96 dB,it was less than the value of AC40 at 250 Hz(14.00±6.32).There is no statistical difference between manual and automatic modes of SFTest 330(P>0.05).Conclusion In the low-frequency region,the occlusion effect of SFTest 330 in automatic mode is significant.However,the usage of headphones with larger inner cavity volume may attenuate the occlusion effect under such circumstance.
