摘  要:目的观察儿童骨导振动觉阈值。方法选取有配合能力的重度/极重度感音神经性聋患儿33例(42耳),分别测试B71、B81骨振器于前额及乳突区骨导振动觉阈值。结果共收集到33例(42耳),男20例、女13例,平均年龄6.10±0.77岁,平均听阈(500、1000、2000、4000 Hz)82.8±2.2 dB HL,检测结果均可靠。乳突区B71、B81两种骨振器测得到骨导振动觉阈值无明显统计学差异。在前额处,前额区,除250、1000 Hz外,其余频率除B71测得的骨导振动觉阈值较B81测试结果略高并有统计学差异(P=0.006<0.05)。B71、B81分别位于乳突与前额时,各相应频率骨导振动觉无明显统计学差异。结论B71、B81于前额及乳突区骨导振动觉无明显差异,但鉴于低频区儿童骨导振动觉阈值可能高于骨振器的最大输出,B81于低频区最大谐响应畸变明显小于B71,前额安置骨振器时推荐使用B81。Objective To investigate the vibrotactile threshold of bone conduction in children.Methods Children with severe/profound sensorineural hearing loss who can cooperate properly were recruited.The B71 and B81 bone vibrators were used to test the vibrotactile threshold on the forehead and mastoid positions.Results A total of 33 participants(42 ears)were recruited.Of these 20 were males and 13 were females,with an average age of 6.1±0.77 years and an average hearing threshold(500,1000,2000,4000 Hz)of 82.8±2.2 dB HL.On the mastoid position,there was no obvious difference of vibrotactile between B71 and B81.On the forehead position,the vibrotactile of B71 was slightly higher than that of B81 at frequencies of 500,750,1500 and 1500 Hz.In addition,there was no significant statistical difference of vibrotactile between B71 and B81 at positions of mastoid and forehead.Conclusion There was no significant difference in bone-conduction vibrotactile measured by B71 and B81 on the forehead and mastoid positions.However,as the bone conduction vibrotactile threshold of children at the low frequencies may be higher than the maximum output of the vibrator,and the maximum harmonic response distortion of B81 is significantly smaller than B71 in the low frequencies,B81 is recommended when vibrator is placed on the forehead.
