摘　　要：为了识别身份证上的姓名、性别、身份证号码、有效期等信息,把识别出来的信息,提出基于OCR技术的身份证识别技术。这种技术主要是结合文本检测技术PSENet和文字识别技术CRNN对身份证图片上的文字进行识别,实现身份证要素信息自动转成文本格式的数据。利用Python语言实现身份证OCR信息的识别。经过这种方法的实验表明,这种方法识别速度快、准确率高。同时,对于模糊的图片也能识别出来,具有一定的生产应用价值。In order to identify the name,gender,ID number,validity period and other information on the ID card,we proposed the identification technology of ID card based on OCR technology.This technology mainly combines the text detection technology PSENet and the text recognition technology CRNN to recognize the characters on the ID card picture,and realizes the automatic conversion of the ID card element information into the text format data.The article uses Python language to realize the identification of ID card OCR information.Experiments with this method show that this method has fast recognition speed and high accuracy.At the same time,the blurred pictures can also be identified,which has certain production and application value.
