摘　　要：目的:探讨以心脏骤停为主导的社会急救运行模式,为政府制定急救政策提供科学参考.方法:通过推进落实一系列社会急救相关项目,包括实施急救优先调度系统(MPDS)、设立"急救体验屋"、推进公共场所自动体外除颤仪(AED)配置、广泛开展心肺复苏+AED急救技能培训、组建急救志愿者队伍并实施志愿者调派与120指挥调度平台互联互通等,构建城市急救"生存链".结果:开展了卓有成效的公众急救培训,有效提升了城区居民急救知识普及率,达1.08%;应用MPDS成功指导抢救11名心脏骤停患者(其中有4人痊愈出院),指导4名孕妇在家顺利分娩;组建急救志愿者队伍,着力打通志愿者调派与120指挥调度平台互联互通,创新心脏骤停社会急救路径.结论:以心脏骤停为主导的社会急救模式,不仅有利于缩短心源性猝死(SCD)急救"空窗期",提高现场抢救成功率,而且有利于提升城市社会急救能力和水平,具有广泛的社会推广应用价值与前景.Objective:To explore the operation mode of social first aid led by cardiac arrest and to provide scientif⁃ic reference for the government to make first aid policies.Methods:A series of social first aid projects were implement⁃ed,included the first aid priority dispatching system(MPDS),setting up"First⁃aid Experience Room",promote the con⁃figuration ofautomatic external defibrillator(AED)in public places,extensive cardiopulmonary resuscitation+AED first aid skills training,first aid volunteer teams will be established,and the interconnection between volunteer dispatching and the 120 command and dispatch platform will be implemented to build an urban first aid"survival chain".Results:Effective public first aid training was carried out,and the popularization rate of first aid knowledge among urban resi⁃dents was effectively raised to 1.08 percent.MPDS was used to carry out telephone guidance,and 11 cardiac arrest pa⁃tients(4 were cured and discharged)were successfully rescued and 4 pregnant women were guided to give birth at home.We will set up a team of first aid volunteers,strive to connect volunteer dispatching with the 120 command and dis⁃patch platform,and innovate the social first⁃aid mode for cardiac arrest.Conclusions:The social emergency mode domi⁃nated by cardiac arrest is not only beneficial to shorten the"empty window period"of sudden cardiac death(SCD),but also to improve the success rate of on⁃site rescue.At the same time,it is also conducive to improving the ability and level of urban social first aid,which has a wide range of social promotion and application value and prospect.
