摘 要:为厘清装配式建造过程的实施环节,完善利益相关者之间的交互关系,降低返工风险,从装配式建造全过程的角度出发,构建了适用于装配式建造的返工风险管理体系。根据返工风险和精益建造理论,改进精益项目交付体系,以装配式建造过程为对象,构建装配式建造过程返工风险管理体系,明确装配式建造全过程、管理目标、内外环境、主体、风险管理过程、风险应对监控措施,对可能发生的返工因素做好充足的准备,返工事件发生后及时采取高效的解决方案,并通过学习进一步加强管理能力,提高产品质量,减少返工损失,有助于指导装配式建造全过程的规范管理。To clarify the implementation of the prefabricated construction(PC)process,improve the relationships among stakeholders and reduce the rework risk,this study build a management system for PC rework risk to propose solutions from the perspective of the whole PC process. The lean project delivery system was improved to according to risk management and lean construction theories. It built the management system for PC rework risk by taking PC process as the object. This study confirmed the entire process of PC process,management targets,internal and external environment,stakeholders,risk management processes and risk response monitoring measures, to well prepare for the possible rework factors. The system can take efficient solution in time after rework event, and can improve the management ability by learning, as well as improve the quality and reduce rework impacts. The system is useful to guide the standard management of the whole PC process.
