摘　　要：目的:分析山东省社区卫生服务中心人员总量现状及变动趋势,为我省社区卫生服务中心人员配置发展提供参考依据;方法:收集2014-2018年度中国卫生健康统计年鉴及山东统计年鉴中的相关统计数据,利用描述性统计和结构分析法对当前社区卫生服务人员总量现状及变化趋势进行分析;结果:除2014年社区卫生服务中心卫生技术人员总量减少外,山东省社区卫生服务人员总量在2015-2017年度均呈上升态势。总量上,社区卫生服务中心人员2017年比2013年增长8.02%,其中卫生技术人员比2013年增长7.48%;不同年度的总人员及卫生技术人员构成分布占比较为稳定;从结构变动贡献率上看,各类型人员及各类型卫生技术人员变动对总体人员变动的贡献情况各有不同,2013-2017年度没有规律性的变化趋势;结论:山东省社区卫生服务中心人员尤其是卫生技术人员近年来占比较为稳定;按相关政策要求及社会需求看,卫生技术人员总量严重不足,医护比要求未达标;要不断加强以全科医师为主的社区卫生人才队伍建设,继续教育要和高校人才培养两手抓。Objective To analyze the total amount and changing trend of staffs in community health service centers in Shandong Province, and provide policy recommendation for staff configuration and professional development. Methods Related statistical data was collected from China Health Statistical Yearbook and Statistical Yearbook of Shandong Province from 2014 to 2018, and analyzed with descriptive statistics and structural analysis. Results The total number of community health service personnel in Shandong Province showed an upward trend from 2015 to 2017, except that in 2014. The total number of community health service center personnel increased by 8.02% in 2017 compared to that in 2013, in which the health technicians increased by 7.48%. The distribution of total personnel and health technicians kept relatively stable in different years. From the perspective of contribution rate of structure variation, the various types of personnel and health technicians were different, and there had no regular change trend from 2013 to 2017. Conclusion The staffs of community health service centers, especially the proportion of health technicians in Shandong kept relatively stable in recent years. The total amount of health technicians is significantly insufficient, and the medical care ratio did not reach the standard. It is necessary to strengthen the construction of community health talent team dominated by general practitioners. And continuing education and college talent training must be valued.
