摘 要:我国卫生事业管理教育已走过35年个春秋,但仍然处在探索和改革阶段。美国卫生管理教育已走过90个年头,已经形成较为成熟的模式。多样化和层次化是美国卫生管理教育的显著特点,也是我国卫生事业管理教育值得借鉴的地方。文章将美国的卫生管理教育概括为“4个3”模式,第一个“3”是指本科、硕士、博士三个办学层次,第二个“3”是指学术型、应用型、实用型三个培养模式;第三个“3”是指商学院、公共卫生学院、医学院三种办学模式,第四个“3”是指理论教学、实践教学、科研教学三个教育过程,为我国卫生事业管理教育提供参考。China’s health management education is still in the stage of exploration and reform. While the education of health management in the United States has formed a more mature model, which was characterized as diversified and stratified, which can provide references for health management education in China. The health management education in the United States can be summarized as four "3" modes, of which the first mode refers to three levels of undergraduate, master and doctor education, the second mode refers to three training modes of academic, applied and practical education, the third mode refers to three operation modes of business school, public health school and medical school, and the fourth mode refers to three educational processes of theoretical teaching, practical teaching and research teaching.
