摘 要:制件成形中坯料、模具、设备、工艺等因素相互作用形成一个系统,制件成形问题必须综合运用专业知识通过创新实践来解决。该文提出了模型和实物并重的系统化模具专业综合实验方法,将模型和实物、虚拟过程和真实过程结合起来,纳入制件成形系统之中,按制造逻辑将实验内容划分为6个顺序连接、相互协调的模块,覆盖了模具成形制件的主要技术环节。实践证明,通过综合实验,学生参与解决制件成形问题的整个过程,有利于其实践能力和创新能力的提高。In the process of part forming, the factors such as blank, mould, equipment and technology interact each other to form a system. The problem of part forming must be solved by comprehensive application of professional knowledge and innovative practice. A systematic comprehensive experiment method for mould specialty is put forward, which combines model with physical object, virtual and real process, and integrates them into the part forming system. According to the manufacturing logic, the experiment assignments are divided into six sequential and coordinated modules, which covers the main technical steps of forming parts with the mould. Practice has proved that through comprehensive experiment, students can participate in the whole process of solving the problem of part forming, and their practical ability and innovation ability have been improved.
