摘  要:该文介绍以Spartan6系列XC6SLX16-2CSG324FPGA为核心的信号采集显示系统设计方法。该系统主要由前级输入信号处理电路、阻抗匹配电路、程控增益电路、高速比较器、高速ADC转换电路、FPGA核心运算控制模块以及数据波形显示等功能模块组成。系统通过调理电路对信号幅值进行放大或者衰减,使信号在AD9288可采的范围内。通过FPGA核心板使用Verilog HDL语言和ISE软件对被测信号数据进行运算处理,并实现数据存储传输、测量显示功能。对频率范围为1 Hz^10 MHz的正弦波,以及1 Hz^2 MHz范围内的矩形波和三角波的周期信号进行测量,测量实验结果表明,对3种信号的频率测量误差小于1.5‰,而且被测信号显示无明显失真。This paper introduces the design method of signal acquisition and display system based on Spartan6 series XC6 SLX16-2 CSG324 FPGA.The system is mainly composed of front-stage input signal processing circuit,impedance matching circuit,program-controlled gain circuit,high-speed comparator,high-speed ADC conversion circuit,FPGA core operation control module,and data waveform display and other functional modules.The system amplifies or attenuates the signal amplitude through the conditioning circuit,so that the signal is within the range that the AD9288 can acquire.The FPGA core board uses Verilog HDL language and ISE software to perform arithmetic processing on the measured signal data,and implements data storage transmission,measurement display functions.The periodic signals of sine waves in a frequency range of 1 Hz to 10 MHz,and rectangular and triangular waves in the range of 1 Hz to 2 MHz are measured,the measurement experimental results show that the frequency measurement error of the three signals is less than 1.5‰,and the measured signal shows no obvious distortion.
