摘 要:该文以清华大学自主研发的生物可降解聚合物为原材料,以生产3D打印用线材为主线,通过系统整合传统成型加工实验环节,设计了3D打印综合实验。该实验构建了从配方设计、材料加工到产品使用性能评价的"承上启下"式的实验流程,旨在使学生系统掌握成型加工知识体系。实验过程中,学生分组独立设计配方,并将不同组间实验结果系统化,实现了对学生独立思考能力、合作沟通能力和实践创新能力的培养。This paper takes the biodegradable polymer developed by Tsinghua University as the raw material and the production of 3 D printing materials as the main line, and through the system integration of traditional molding processing experimental links, has designed a comprehensive experiment of 3 D printing. This experiment has constructed a "Connecting the preceding and the following" experimental process from formula design, material processing to product performance evaluation, aiming to enable students to systematically master the knowledge system of molding process. During the experiment, the students design the formula independently in groups, and systematize the experimental results among different groups, which has realized the cultivation of students’ independent thinking ability, cooperative communication ability and practical innovation ability.
