血液净化治疗重度急性中毒的疗效及临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究血液净化(血液透析、血液灌注)治疗重度急性中毒的疗效。方法选取贵州省德江县人民医院2019年2月至9月收治的60例重度急性中毒患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。将采用常规治疗患者纳入对照组,联合血液净化治疗的患者纳入观察组。对比两种治疗方法的效果。结果观察组阿托品用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05),患者机械通气时间、监护室停留时间与对照组比较时间显著更短(P<0.05)。观察组治愈率90.00%显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05),死亡率10.00%显著低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。观察组患者胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、意识恢复时间、住院时间与对照组比较均显著较短(P<0.05)。结论血液净化治疗重度急性中毒,可有效清除血液中的毒物毒性,减轻患者急性中毒症状。Objective To study the effect of blood purification(hemodialysis,hemoperfusion)on severe acute poisoning.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute poisoning admitted to Dejiang People's Hospital from February to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomLy divided into observation group and control group by a random number table,30 cases in each group.The patients with conventional treatment were included in the control group,and the patients with blood purification treatment were included in the observation group.The effects of the two treatments were compared.Results The dosage of atropine in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate of the observation group 90.00%was higher than that of the control group 66.67%(P<0.05),and the mortality rate 10.00%was lower than that of the control group 33.33%(P<0.05).The recovery time of cholinesterase activity and consciousness,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification in the treatment of severe acute poisoning can effectively remove the toxic toxicity in the blood and reduce the symptoms of acute poisonin.
