阴道哑铃盆底训练联合穴位照射对产妇盆底功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的阴道哑铃盆底训练联合穴位照射对产妇盆底功能康复的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月如皋市人民医院收治的86例产妇作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组在分娩后接受常规治疗配合阴道哑铃盆底训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予穴位照射,治疗3个月后进行各项指标比较。结果观察组产妇尿失禁发生率明显少于对照组;治疗3个月后,两组产妇两类肌力评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)评分在治疗后明显高于对照组产妇(P<0.05);观察组产妇并发症发生率明显低于对照组产妇(P<0.05)。结论阴道哑铃盆底训练联合穴位照射应用于产妇,有利于产妇产后身体机能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor training combined with acupoint irradiation on the pelvic floor function rehabilitation of puerpera.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,86 maternal patients admitted to Rugao People's Hospital were selected as study subjects,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,43 cases each.The control group received routine treatment and vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor training after delivery,and the observation group received acupoint irradiation on the basis of the control group,and the treatment observation was compared 3 months later.Results The incidence of urinary incontinence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and higher in the observation group than in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the muscle strength scores of both groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was higer than the control group(P<0.05);the FSFI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of maternal complications was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of vaginal dumbbell pelvic floor training and point irradiation is beneficial to the postpartum recovery of maternal physical function,which is worthy of clinical application.
