腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗术与超声引导下穿刺介入治疗单纯性肝囊肿疗效对比

摘　　要：目的单纯性肝囊肿患者分别通过腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗术和超声引导下穿刺介入术进行治疗,比较两种治疗方法的疗效。方法选取重庆市奉节县人民医院在2015年6月至2019年12月收治的单纯性肝囊肿患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组患者通过腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗术进行治疗,观察组患者通过超声引导下穿刺介入术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率以及不良反应的发生概率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(36/40),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的不良反应的发生概率为10.00%(4/40),对照组患者的不良反应的发生概率为30.00%(12/40),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过超声引导下穿刺介入术对单纯性肝囊肿患者进行治疗,治疗效果和腹腔镜下肝囊肿开窗术相似,但是,介入术的不良反应发生率较低,具有较高的安全性,推荐使用介入术对肝囊肿患者进行治疗。Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic hepatic cyst windowing and ultrasound-guided puncture interventional therapy in patients with simple hepatic cyst.Methods A total of 80 patients with simple hepatic cysts admitted to Fengjie County People's Hospital of Chongqing from June 2015 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated by laparoscopic hepatic cyst fenestration,while patients in the observation group were treated by ultrasound-guided puncture intervention.The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group and 90.00%(36/40)in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%(4/40),while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 30.00%(12/40),with statistically significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture intervention for the treatment of patients with simple liver cyst is similar to that of laparoscopic liver cyst windowing.However,the incidence of adverse reactions of interventional therapy is low and has high safety.Therefore,interventional therapy is recommended for the treatment of patients with liver cyst.
