桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗的临床效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的观察手术、保守疗法对桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果差异。方法选取2017年8月至2020年1月昆山市锦溪人民医院收治的60例桡骨远端骨折患者,以随机抽样法为分组方法,将患者分别纳入对照组与研究组,各30例。研究组行手术治疗,对照组行保守治疗。将治疗效果、并发症发生率以及治疗后的桡骨高度、尺偏角、掌倾角等指标纳入组间对比。结果研究组腕关节功能优良率比对照组高(80.00%vs.60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的桡骨高度、尺偏角、掌倾角指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率比对照组低(10.00%vs.33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于桡骨远端骨折,手术治疗具有比保守治疗更高的安全性和有效性,可促进生理结构恢复正常。Objective To observe the effect of operation and conservative treatment on distal radius fracture.Methods From August 2017 to January 2020,60 patients with distal radius fracture in Jinxi People's Hospital of Kunshan City were selected and random sampling method into control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The study group received surgical treatment,while the control group received conservative treatment.The treatment effect,incidence of complications,radial height,ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle were included in the comparison between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of wrist joint function in the study group was higher than that in the control group(80.00%vs.60.00)(P<0.05).After treatment,the radial height,ulnar deviation angle and palmar inclination angle of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(10%vs.33.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For distal radius fractures,surgical treatment is more safe and effective than conservative treatment,which can promote the recovery of physiological structure.
